RESERVATIONS

We offer a Call Centre solution with qualified and well trained staff to make reservations on behalf of the properties. Here the agents will quote, offer advice on service and facilities and reserve accommodation.

Our call centre phone system allows us to record calls, print reports on calls received, calls answered and calls abandoned.

Revenue management is included in the fee and includes optimisation and yielding of the properties in terms of group revenue and rates as well as effective management of online channels. Revenue is managed and channelled to the lowest cost channels.

Connectivity to 3rd parties
eRES allows for a seamless interface with Travel Agents as well as On-line Agents, a basic requirement of all agents.

SALES & MARKETING

  1. Carry out all aspects of sales.
  2. Oversee and manage performance of all sales reps to the benefit of the property.
  3. International sales representation.
  4. Oversee and manage all marketing as it pertains to the property.

BUDGET

aha Hotels & Lodges will be responsible for preparing a sales and marketing budget before the start of each financial year which is presented to and agreed with the board of directors’ of each entity under its management. Performance clauses related to this budget can be set so that you, the owner, are ensured a degree of comfort that your business will continue to perform to agreed expectation.
