Revenue management is included in the fee and includes optimisation and yielding of the properties in terms of group revenue and rates as well as effective management of online channels. Revenue is managed and channelled to the lowest cost channels.

eRES allows for a seamless interface with Travel Agents as well as On-line Agents, a basic requirement of all agents.

Performance clauses related to this budget can be set so that you, the owner, are ensured a degree of comfort that your business will continue to perform to agreed expectation.
